CANCELLATION POLICY
Hello Welcome, Before you confirm your appointment, please read the policy below for a smooth experience. New and Returning Clients Welcome! Thank you for your time. PAYMENT A card on file and a minimum deposit are required for all appointments. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours in advance on the booking site. Changes made with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge of your service balance. LATE ARRIVAL If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving 15 minutes late require us to reschedule, with a 100% charge of your reserved service. NO SHOWS No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount minus the deposit.
